Exhausted...Just back from the Police concert at the AAC...OMFG is Sting incredible.  His mates were well but had some trouble keeping up with the powerhouse.  I lost track of encores but two of them preceded multi-song performances.  Really amazing concert!  Humidity in the AAC was strange because I am used to being there for hockey when its cold and dry but this was like a steam bath.  And the music was so good...Roxanne, King of Pain, ugh it was worth every penny!

So, my friend calls at 3:00PM and asks what my plans are. I had planned to hit the North Richland Hills Amateur Radio Club tonight and attend my first meeting with them and see what they are up to when my friend offered me a ticket to the Maverics game. My friend ALWAYS gets good seats so I agreed and hit the TRE train and arrived at the AAC. We sat in section 103 row K which is frankly close enough to hear some of the smack talk on the court. The game was an impressive 110 v 87 win and the house was rocking but the best part was seeing Dan Ackroyd finally announce the opening date for the House of Blues Dallas. OMFG I cannot wait for some Sunday Gospel Brunch and some Grilled 14 oz New York Steak with a Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Sautéed Vegetables! MMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm!
